Web DeveloperResearch and DevelopmentOn site, Cagayan de OroDevelops, maintains and improves CyTech websites and web applications for functionality, performance, security and a good user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and enhance websites and web applications.
- Write clean, efficient and documented code.
- Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces.
- Integrate APIs, databases and third-party tools.

Qualifications

DevOps EngineerResearch and DevelopmentOn site, Cagayan de OroDeploys and maintains applications in cloud and production environments, automates deployment pipelines, and keeps systems reliable, fast and secure.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate deployment and infrastructure processes.
- Monitor system performance, availability and security.
- Troubleshoot application, server and deployment issues.
- Manage cloud and on-premises environments.
- Work with development and QA teams on software releases.
- Apply infrastructure and security best practices.

Qualifications

Software QA EngineerResearch and DevelopmentOn site, Cagayan de OroTests CyTech software, finds and tracks defects, and makes sure every release meets its quality bar before deployment.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases.
- Identify, document and track software defects.
- Perform functional, regression, integration and user acceptance testing.
- Verify bug fixes and validate enhancements.
- Work with developers to resolve issues.
- Review requirements and give feedback on testability.

Qualifications

Cyber Security Analyst Tier 1Cyber Fusion CenterOn site, Cagayan de OroMonitors security alerts, investigates potential threats and responds to incidents in the Cyber Fusion Center, protecting the systems, networks and data in its care.
Reports to: The Cyber Security Operations Manager, working closely with Tier 2 and Tier 3 analysts.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents.
- Investigate and escalate security threats.
- Document and track incidents.
- Follow incident response procedures and runbooks.
- Assist with security monitoring and vulnerability assessments.
- Support endpoint, network and system security.
- Support clients by phone, email, chat and web portal.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years in cybersecurity, IT support, SOC operations or incident response is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internships, OJT experience, certifications or strong cybersecurity knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, system administration and incident response.
- Familiarity with SIEM, firewalls, EDR and antivirus, IDS/IPS and security monitoring tools is an advantage.

Cyber Security Analyst Tier 2Cyber Fusion CenterOn site, Cagayan de OroHandles advanced investigations, incident analysis, threat detection and response in the Cyber Fusion Center, and supports Tier 1 analysts.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and respond to escalated security incidents and alerts.
- Perform threat hunting, root cause analysis and containment.
- Analyze logs, network traffic and endpoint events to identify threats.
- Escalate complex incidents to Tier 3 analysts when necessary.
- Develop and improve incident response procedures and runbooks.
- Assist with vulnerability assessments and remediation.
- Monitor SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS and other security tools.
- Document investigations, findings and corrective actions, and guide Tier 1 analysts.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years in cybersecurity, SOC operations, incident response or threat monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, system administration and incident response.
- Experience with SIEM, firewalls, EDR and antivirus, IDS/IPS and security monitoring tools, and with analyzing security events, logs and indicators of compromise.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

GRC AnalystGovernance, Risk and ComplianceOn site, Cagayan de OroSupports governance, risk management and compliance work so that security, regulatory and business requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Help implement and maintain governance, risk and compliance programs.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify security and compliance risks.
- Monitor compliance with policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits, assessments and compliance reviews.
- Document and track risks, findings and remediation.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures and controls.
- Assist with third-party and vendor risk assessments.
- Prepare reports, dashboards and compliance documentation.
Qualifications

SecOps Service Delivery LeadSecurity OperationsOn site, Cagayan de OroMakes sure security operations deliver what they commit to, on time, every time, and reports it clearly in English.
Reports to: The General Manager, working directly with the CEO on security operations.
Responsibilities
- Track every client deliverable and commitment until it is done.
- Make sure every SecOps report is filed on time and complete, and follow up when one is missing.
- Keep the client deliverable calendar and flag anything at risk early.
- Write a clear daily update in English for company leadership.
- Prepare the agenda and notes for SecOps meetings, and follow up on every action item.
Qualifications
- 3 or more years as a team lead, supervisor or operations manager, ideally in a BPO or IT services company.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Organized, persistent and calm under pressure; follows up without being asked.
- Comfortable with computers and online tools.
- Experience with service delivery, client reporting or quality assurance is preferred.
- Interest in cybersecurity; knowledge is a plus, not a requirement.
